Teaching Module Two ‘Delivering the Bottom Line’ illustrates the correlation between Lovemarks and influence on purchase behavior, preference, repeat purchase, intention, margin and ROI, and brand value.
Teaching Module Three ‘Tools of the Trade’ is designed to introduce students to the tools that can be used in the process of developing Lovemarks, specifically the Lovemap software.
